BELOW ARE JUST SOME OF THE SERVICES AND FEES WE PROVIDE FOR RESIDENTIAL, SINGLE-FAMILY OWNERS:

- Once a resident resides in your property, a management fee of 8% will be charged to the owner
- Exact costs for advertising the property are passed on to the owner with no additional markup incurred
- If your property is vacant, no management fees will be charged or ever deducted from future rent collections
- No markup is applied to maintenance and/or repairs contracted on behalf of the owner
- In compliance with Nevada State Law, all owner funds and resident security deposits are held in separate trust accounts
- A monthly statement will be provided along with your proceeds from rent collections and copies of any expenses incurred

- Account Setup
